Thanks for writing this. The combination of methods 1 & 2 solved the problem.

    Hi Sir,
My windows 10 got crashed while updating win 11 and I can't access to my windows now. it's stuck in automatic repair. i tried to repair startup in Advance options but it's not working. I tried Reset this pc (keep personal files and data) but it showed my account user, email and asked to Enter the password for this account to continue. I don't remember the password linked to my windows. If i reinstall my windows, my files and data gone. I want to save the chrome extensions, bookmarks…any solutions sir?hope u can help. Thank you.

Hi, enter in BIOS Setup and change the SATA Configuration to AHCI (if it is RAID) and try to boot. If this also fails, undo any changes you made in BIOS and use one of the following solutions to backup your Data on an External USB drive before installing Windows.
      1. Download a LINUX Live distro (e.g. Peppermint, Linux Mint) and burn it to a USB. Then boot your system from the LINUX USB and backup your files to external USB Drive, or…
      2. Disconnect the hard drive from the PC, attach it to a working computer and backup your files.
