FIX: Printer Keeps Printing 'POST /ipp-print HTTP-1.1' on Windows 11 24H2.
Several users reported that after upgrading their systems to Windows 11 v24H2, their printer, at random times (e.g. after printing something or after turning it on), continues to print pages with the following text:
POST /ipp-print HTTP-1.1
Connection: keep alive
Content-type: application/ipp
User-agent: Windows internet print provider
Content-Length:626
host:localhost
Because the reported issue occurs on any printer model/brand and only when the printer is connected to computers running Windows 11 and not Windows 10, I conclude that it is due to a Windows 11 bug that Microsoft has not yet fixed.

It seems like the 24H2 update changed some default protocol priorities. Have you noticed if this issue is specific to certain brands, or is it a general Windows 11 communication bug?

I'm not sure. Maybe it's a general error.
