It doesnt just crash, when it loads it doesn't seem to pull any settings, just the basic bacground, nothing is clickable execpt the settings tab and every posted fix does not change the fact that it crashes exactly 5.5 seconds after the initial run. Microsoft couldn't give me any alternate ideas either. If I have to reinstall I'm going to lose it. I run the preview so I run into bugs here and there but this is just silly.

Does not work for me either. Thanks MS for another piece of unreviewed code being sent into the wild. Somehow MS won the browser wars of old with crappy code – Paul Allen, why did you ever leave us?!!

I have searched hi & lo for a solution to this. It seems to have happened on all my W10 PC's & Laptops. Tried the above and Edge still crashes. I thought MS had a good browser in Edge, but lost all confidence in it now.

Removing Trusteer Rapport solved this for me. Thanks. I had previously uninstalled then reinstalled edge but that didn't help.
