    Absolutely does not work. Issue persists regardless of font renderer settings.

    That was already the setting. Did not fix anything.

      El Rey: Close VLC Media Player. 2. Press Win + R keys and in the Run box type: %appdata% 3. Delete VLC folder. 4. Open VLC again.
      If the problem persists: Right click on VLC program and select Properties. At Compatibility tab, check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" check box and select Windows Vista SP1 or Windows XP SP3.
