Hey!
I hope you still watch out your messages here, I would need some help.
My problem is that I can't do step 1. There is always a message appearing, that "Please close your browser and try it again!" It's the same when I close it, even after re-starting the PC and so on. How should I delete it then? Should I leave step 1 out? Anyway I have windows 7.
I would be really happy if you can help somehow. Until that I try to do it without step 1.
Thanks in advance! :)

Hello Enci:
You have two options:
Option 1. Start Windows in Safe Mode (http://www.wintips.org/how-to-start-windows-in-safe-mode/) and then follow the steps from this article.
Option 2. Skip Step 1 (Uninstall) and just continue to the next steps.

It seems like it's working without step 1 too. The adblocker disappeared from Programs and Features after step 2. :) I'll finish all the steps in some minutes, so will see :)

Hi, I have the same problem as Enci. I did every step but the step 1 (I can not do it) and the AdBlocker is still in the Programs and Features. Is there any other way to remove it except going to the safe mode? Thanks in advance!

Marta: The Safe Mode is the more safest way to remove the malware/adware from your system.

Hi, I have tried to remove Adblocker, version 4.1.1.0 from my Programs and Features in the safe mode but, unfortunatelly, I have not succeeded. Always emerges window (as it was in Normal mode) where text is with cirilic letters so I can not read it. Whatever option I choose in that window, nothing is uninstaling the adBlocker. What can I do? Please, help :(
